Rare Early English kettle Tilt

Very fine small Kettle Tilt or 'Idle Back', the same one from the author's collection and illustrated in Brass and Iron from the English Country House. Lovely small size and all working. Hung over the fire allowing the user to pour the kettle while still hanging over the fire.
