Rare Shepherd's Twybil of simple design. These tools rarely turn up, I think I have only found 3 or 4 in 30 years!

This one is quite simple and the flared end is quite narrow. Used by Shepherd's to cut the sockets when making the sheep hurdles. Good original handle.
