Victorian Horse Plume and 3 x Bell Fly Terret. This went onto the horse's head dress. All 3 bells have their clapper and ring true. So often these were removed as it irritated the horse. The Plume is made of horse hair and in white and red.. Mounted on a block of Walnut.
