Antique Horse Crotal Bell initialled WG (William Gwynn) bellfounder of Aldbourne 1770 - 1813.

Size 42, it measures 2 1/4 inches in diameter.

Slight crack near one opening but otherwise fine and rings true.

The loop at the top shows that this bell was well used as it has been worn by its leather holding.
