A two part, pewter ice cream mould with a grapes and vine leaves to the top. This type of mould is known as a banquet mould or ice cream pudding mould. It is stamped twice with a registered design kite mark dateing it to June 9th 1877. On the inside base, the capacity “2 PINT” and “NO 40”. The design to the top is extremely well modelled and in superb condition. The interior is in very good, bright, usable condition and the exterior has a good patina.
