DIRECTIONS
If using Sat-Nav key in Westfield Farm, Foxley Road, Foulsham NR20 5RH.
(Note, do not go via Dereham)
As a rough guide we are 1 hour 45mins from Dartford tunnel or 1 hour 30mins
from Stansted.

FROM THE SOUTH----------------------------------------------------------
• If travelling from London your best route is M25/M11/A11 towards Norwich.
• Just before you reach Norwich take the A47 (towards) Swaffham.
• A few miles later the A47 becomes single carriageway. Stay on this road
for approx 3 miles and turn right marked WOOD LANE.
• Follow Wood Lane right to the end
(Note after about 1.5 miles go straight ahead, do not follow road bending to left)
• Turn Left (towards Fakenham) through Lenwade, past Bawdeswell and Foxley
and
• TURN RIGHT opposite the LARGE WHITE WATER TOWER towards Foulsham.
Westfield Farm (Norfolk Courtyard) is the first house you come to on the
left as you approach the village.

FROM THE NORTH----------------------------------------------------------
• Take the Norwich road out of Fakenham for 10 mins, through Guist and Twyford.
 • Take the third Foulsham turning opposite the LARGE WHITE WATER TOWER (off the main Fakenham-Norwich road). Note do not take any other Foulsham turning as you will bypass us.
• Turning at the water tower, Westfield Farm (Norfolk Courtyard) is the first house you come to on the
left as you approach the village.
