19th Cent French 'Armadillo' type Boules. Made with hob nails knocked into wooden balls making these fabulous and heavy bowling balls, each one similar size to a Navel orange. Copper nails have been used to mark each one with initial etc. Very sculptural and tactile objects for any coffee table.
