Antique Baker's Proving Tray in Beech wood. I have had to scrape back years of old dough, sand back any burns and use my best wax polish to get these to look this good!
This narrow size was used for proving the dough for bread rolls. Looks great in the centre of a table or on a windowsill with fruit or cones etc.
