18th Cent Wax Winder Candlesticks
Code: 13722
SOLD
Here we have three, early country candlesticks, with fruitwood or chestnut bases. Complete with winders that are so often missing.
Candles were expensive in the late 1700/early 1800s. These candlesticks allowed the user to wind the candle up so they burnt right down to the stub.
