1930s Centribine Lawn Sprinkler & hose fitting

This cast lawn sprinkler was made in England by Centribine.
The base is cast steel with a brass spigot & spinner and was first produced in about 1932.

The head has 6 curved baffles to spread the water.
The spread can be adjusted by loosening or tightening the top nut.
The base is 'sled' style with upturned tips so the unit slides over the lawn without digging in.
